With summer months creeping up, families will soon be looking to cool off at local splash pads. Fortunately if you live in the Knoxville area the Mcfee Park splash pad is now open. The park is located in the town of Farragut, a Knoxville suburb. The park opened the week of April 29 and is ready for visitors! Families are free to use the park during, but the items in the park may not be fully operational until all features have been tested given the parks newness. The regular operating hours of the park will be 12:30 to 6:30.
McFee Park splash pad had a grand opening and a ribbon cutting ceremony earlier this Spring. This new splash pad is an addition to the Knoxville Park and Recreation authority. Splash parks and water parks are extremely popular during the hot summer months, and by the time the summer is in full swing children of all ages will be able to use all the equipment in this park. This water park will be fun for young and old, tall and small and create many memories. For those who live in the Knoxville area visit the park this summer.
