Splash Pad member review!

Gattman Park splash pad is one of Muscle Shoals favorite family summer activity spots. I’ve been taking my kids there since the Splash Pad opened a couple years ago. With a number of different water features including sprayers, a water umbrella and ground geysers the park brings instant smiles to everyone.
This splash pad is huge and offers enough space that at it’s busiest times your kids will still feel that there’s a ton of space to move around. We enjoy the park so much that we rented out the splash pad for my son’s birthday party last year and it was a blast. With the added pavilions, there is tons of space to host parties, family get togethers and more. If you don’t need the pavilion, there are plenty of picnic tables to enjoy also. They’re great if you plan on bringing a lunch or need some added space.
The park is typically open all week, from late May to early September. The only time it’s not available is if the park is rented. The park also offers up a walking track, pool and regular playground equipment. So if the splash pad is too busy, you have other options to keep the kids entertained!
