Splash Pad Summary
In Tucson, Arizona, the Brandi Fenton Splash Pad has become one of the most popular recreation spots for the younger set.
The splash pad at Brandi Fenton Memorial Park is open from late April until October 31 and there is no admission charge. Designed for children age 12 and under, the Splash Pad provides a safe and fun way for young children to cool off and enjoy water fun without being in a swimming pool. The facility is open from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm every day.
With water geysers, fountains, bucket drops, spray arches and other water equipment offered, the Brandi Fenton Splash Park is a favorite recreation spot of many Tuscon area families.
The grounds at Brandi Fenton Splash Pad is made of rubber and provides a soft, safe base should children slip and fall. Children must be supervised at all times while using the splash pad.
Park amenities include horseshoes, picnic tables, hiking and walking areas, playgrounds, wildlife viewing areas, lighted athletic fields, exercise stations, restrooms, a dog park, ramada shelters, drinking water, equestrian center, basketball courts and more. The open-sided ramada pavilions have electricity and they are located throughout the park.
A special feature at this park is the donor wall, which is made up of more than 75 brightly – colored plaques of flowers and butterflies.
An outdoor antique fair is conducted on the third Sunday of every month from October until late March and a Country Fair is held twice a year at Brandi Fenton Memorial Park.
